BODY TATTOO PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Do not undergo any chemical peel treatments, AHA peels, Botox and/or filler in the forehead, or pro-longed exposure to sunlight. Your skin cannot be in the process of healing or regeneration during tattoo services.
Discontinue the use of Retinol, Retin A, Lactic Acid or Vitamin C products on the skin. These products can significantly alter your skins ability to retain the ink.
10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Do not suntan, spray tan or self tan for a minimum of 10 days before your appointment.
24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Do not consume any alcohol, coffee or energy drinks before your appointment. This can cause excess bleeding/sensitivity and will lead to poor results.
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Cleanse and moisturize your skin well.
Workout before your appointment to set yourself up for easy aftercare!
Make sure to have a snack within 3hrs prior to your session or bring one along!
Wear clothing that makes the tattoo area easily accessible and that you will feel comfortable in. My door is always closed and the room is private, but your comfortability is priority!
It also helps to wear black, just to be safe.
